The contact form collects your name, email address, a subject and your message. The prayer request form collects an optional name, an optional email address, your prayer request, and whether you asked for it to stay private to the prayer team.

We do not use tracking cookies, analytics profiling or advertising pixels on this website.

We use what you send only to reply to you, to pray for you, or to arrange volunteering. Prayer requests are read by the prayer team and are never published on this website or anywhere else.

We never sell, rent or share your details with third parties for marketing.

We keep messages only as long as we need them to respond and to keep a basic record of the work. You can ask us to delete anything you have sent at any time.

Use the contact form to ask us to delete your details. We will confirm once it is done.

Our outreach brings us into contact with vulnerable adults and, at public events, with children in the care of their families. Volunteers are briefed to work in pairs, to stay in public view, and never to arrange private meetings with anyone they have met through outreach.

Volunteers do not offer medical, legal or financial advice, and do not handle money on behalf of anyone we meet. Concerns about the safety of an adult or a child are escalated immediately to the team lead and, where appropriate, to the police or local authority safeguarding team.

If you have a safeguarding concern about anything connected with our work, contact us straight away.

We take photographs at public outreach events to show the work. If you appear in a photograph on this website and would like it removed, email us and we will take it down.
